Adding page and section breaks

These procedures apply to application forms, general forms, and surveys.

Adding section (category) breaks to forms

  1. Edit the application form or survey page and go to the Content tab.

  2. In the Questions list where you want to add a break, click and select Category.

  3. When the new category is displayed on the form, click to edit it.

  4. Enter the Question Text for the category break. This text is displayed as a section title on your form.

  5. Select the Question Placement (Top or Left).

  6. Click Update to preview the category text.

  7. Click Save.

  8. Click Save again when back on the Content tab.

  9. Submit the form for publication.

Adding page breaks to forms

  1. Goto the Content tab of the form.

  2. In the appropriate Questions area, click and select Page Break. The page break is inserted as the next question on the survey.

  3. Move the page break up or down if it is not already in the desired location.

  4. Click Save and submit for publication.
