Adding user profile questions to your site

For each site within the ACTIVE CM, you can capture user information on a site-by-site basis. The information gathered in each user record is stored centrally in the User Manager. The questions you create in this section appear in the User Manager when users are being added and on My Page for each user.

  1. Be sure you are logged into the ACTIVE CM.

  2. From the System menu, open the Sites manager.

  3. Add or retrieve the site you want to add user profile questions to.

  4. Click on the User Profile tab.

  5. Create user profile questions referring to the following topics for assistance where required:

    Question editor overview
    Question types
    Adding questions

  6. Click Save.
