Name: This information is displayed on the first line of the For Support Contact information on the Help-About ACM menu. This name will be displayed as a link using the URL you enter.
Label: This would normally be the company or organization name that is responsible for support for the web site. The default when your ACM is installed is ACTIVE Network, LLC.
URL: The URL entered here is the site the users will be directed to if they click on the Name.
Email: The email you enter here is the email you want site users to send their inquiries to.
Label: This is the title of the field containing the email. The email link will be displayed to the right of whatever text you enter here. The default Label is Support Email: Be sure to enter the colon at the end of the label if you want a clear separation between the label and the email link.
Email Address: Enter the email address that users can send support inquiries to. It will be displayed as a link that users can click on. The default email when the ACM is first installed is acmsupport@active.com.
Phone: This is the support phone number that your site users should call for assistance.
Label: This is the text that is displayed immediately to the left of the phone number. The default text is Support Desk:. Be sure to enter the colon if you want it displayed in the field.
Phone: Enter the phone number that users should call for support.
Hours: These are the hours during which your support services are provided.
Label: The default label for this field is Support Hours:
Hours: This is a large text field where you can type in the hours that support is available.
Note: This field can be used to display special notes to users such as information regarding holiday closures, or special events or important system upgrade information, etc.
Label: The default field label is Note:. You can change this to something more meaningful for the note you will entering.
Note: Enter the text for the note here.
Hide information: For each of the fields in the Support Contact information, you can elect whether you want to Hide them or display them. Note that you must uncheck the Hide information box here and in the Global System Variables > Support tab if you want the information displayed. If you uncheck the Hide box in the Global System Variables but the Hide box is checked at the Site level, the information will not be displayed while on that site.
