Use this procedure to restore an earlier version of a digital asset.
Be sure you are logged into the ACTIVE CM.
Go to the Admin Center and open the Digital Assets Manager.
Retrieve the asset record.
Click the History tab. This tab displays all of the versions of the asset.
Locate the version you wish to restore and click on the Version link. The page is refreshed and the version you selected is displayed in the asset view window. The version links now display the word "Current". You can click on the word Current if you wish to see how the current version differs.
Click Restore Asset to restore to the version you selected.
Update any fields that require changes.
Click Save to save the restored asset. The restored version is added to the History tab with a new version number as well as the date and time of the restoration.
