Use this procedure to download the latest version of the digital asset. This is the recommended procedure if you are making edits to the asset, and wish to retain an accurate version history.
Be sure you are logged into the ACTIVE CM.
Go to the Admin Center and open the Digital Assets Manager.
Retrieve the asset you wish to download.
In the asset viewer window, click Download.
Click Save and select a folder location to save the asset to. You can change the name of the file if you wish. The system will still track the versions of the asset record in the ACM.
Make desired changes to the asset file and re-upload.
Click Save in the Digital Assets Manager.
