Use this procedure to force an export and complete update of your live site. This is useful if you have emergency published new pages and want to update the site navigation. By forcing a complete export, all components of your site will be updated at once.
From the Admin Center, open the Export manager.
Scroll down and complete the Unscheduled ExportUnscheduled Export section.
Page(s) to Export: Click the page link to select a page, a section, or the entire site for export. The listed beside each branch of your site hierarchy can be used to select all of a pages child pages for export. Select the desired pages (or Select All) for export and click OK.
File Deletion: Check this box if you wish to delete all archived and inactivated files from the static HTMLSite folder.
Note: Make sure the export folder (HTMLSite) does not contain any non-ACM files. This function deletes any file that does not relate to the content intended for export.
Once this option is enabled, the next full site export process will delete the static files corresponding to the archived/in-activated page. The deletion is done within both the-server side html folders and the FTP folders. If the archived page is restored, or the in-activated page is re-activated, the next site export will restore the page(s).
Click Export.
